We had a wonderful time at Niusha's place. Communication with Niusha is prompt and very easy. The house itself is very cute, clean, and comfortable. It is even more lovely than the pictures. The yard was great for our toddler to play in. There were a lot of touches that we appreciated like the accurate thermostat, Keurig machine and pods, extra towels, and thoughtful snacks. The provincial parks pass was extremely handy as the house is located near many parks. We were able to go on a few hikes and visited the beach a few times. The house is also near restaurants, a deli, bakeries, and groceries, which was very convenient. Altogether we had a great vacation and we definitely recommend Niusha's place.

What are the differences between short-term Airbnb management and long-term rental management?

Airbnb rental management, which typically applies to properties rented for less than 30 days, involves hiring a company to handle various aspects of your short-term rental property. This includes tasks like listing and booking management, cleaning and laundry services, guest check-ins, and more. On the other hand, long-term rental management pertains to rental periods of 6+ months. In this case, the services provided often include applicant screening, tenancy agreement signings, move-in/out inspections, management of maintenance requests, and handling emergency responses.

Will I be able to continue viewing and accessing my account once Foxwood Retreat takes over management?

Certainly! You will retain complete access to your account and can easily view it by using your login credentials.

When do I receive my payment?

Your payment process will remain unchanged, with funds being transferred directly from the platform to your bank account. The amount billed by Foxwood Retreat at the end of each month will be determined by your chosen pricing package.

Do I need to buy my own home supplies?

As part of our service, we purchase all the necessary supplies, and we will work with the cleaner on regular basis to refill the supplies. The invoice sent to you will incorporate the cost of the supplies.

How does this affect my taxes?

When dealing with rental income, just like any other type, it is crucial to seek guidance from a tax specialist to ensure proper reporting of your revenue to local tax authorities.

Can I provide my own specific cleaning instructions?

You can certainly inform us about any specific cleaning requirements you have, and we will collaborate with the cleaner to ensure they are followed through.

Can I cancel my Airbnb management contract?

While it is highly unlikely for our clients to cancel our Airbnb property management services, if for any reason, you choose to discontinue working with us, please do not hesitate to contact our management team so we can address your concerns. In the majority of cases, we strive to accommodate your requirements and ensure you have an exceptional experience. However, if you still wish to proceed with the cancellation, we kindly request a 1-month notice from you.
